Since the more active and dynamic aspects of Continuum are likely less familiar, even to experienced Continuum practitioners, Megan Bathory-Peeler will introduce Continuum Playground in a 6-week series of 1-hour Zoom classes. Together, we will play and practice the basic concepts.

This online class is open to curious movers everywhere, whether or not you plan to attend the Continuum Playground Weekend Workshop at Shantigar May 25-28. For workshop participants, this will prepare you to explore the Continuum equipment with greater confidence and deepen your in-person experience at Shantigar led by Megan, Elaine Colandrea and Melanie Gambino.

6-week series is $180 (Videos will be available for missed classes).

Participants signing up for both Moving Body Playground Weekend Workshop May 25-28 and Megan's online classes, will receive the discounted rate of $150 for the online series.
