Strässle
I was born in the Swiss mountains in 1959. I grew up in a cosmopolitan, artistic and musical family. Nature has always been my home and my teacher. My favorite places to be are by the water and in the forest. I am particularly passionate about working in nature in combination with Continuum movements and contact with trees and water.
I have been teaching music and movement to children at school, and music to adults for almost 40 years. Through my work in the somatic and musical field I aim to encourage people's creativity and help them to live happy, healthy and body-friendly lives. Self-love and self-care have always been important to me and this is how I discovered Continuum. I want to pass on the experience of being deeply anchored in my own body, in individual sessions, courses, workshops and rituals.
In my own studio, I continue my longtime work as a music and movement teacher, and in addition, I offer biodynamic craniosacral therapy (Body Intelligence since 2022) and Continuum (authorized by the CTA in 2025.)
Ever since I met Jaap van der Waal, I have been passionate about conception, pregnancy and birth. I am researching how parents and babies can be supported through Continuum and craniosacral therapy.
With Continuum I have found gentle ways to explore trauma, and allow people to move through old patterns to new ways of being. My love of exploring the body and helping others to embody are my motivation to guide people in the art of Continuum.
