Rebecca Amis Lawson, MA, R-DMT, vive en Chapel Hill, NC. Rebecca sintetiza 16 años de estudios con Emilie Conrad y Susan Harper en el campo de Continuum y la conciencia exploratoria. Es profesora, terapeuta y facilitadora de grupos con 39 años de amplios estudios en somática, psicología y danza.

Rebecca earned her Masters Degree at NYU and is a registered Dance Movement Therapist. She was a professional dance performer and teacher for 25 years. She taught at various colleges and dance schools in NYC and NC; and was the sole choreographer and artistic director of her own company. She has extensive training in body alignment, ideokinesiology, effort/shape analysis, authentic movement, yoga, pilates, connective tissue massage and improvisational movement. She is currently a Continuum teacher, psychotherapist, and a somatic practitioner using the body and movement to facilitate the therapy process.

En su consulta privada, trabaja principalmente con individuos que buscan el crecimiento personal y la autorrealización incorporando el cuerpo, el movimiento y los procesos experienciales. Con individuos y grupos, ha sido capaz de fusionar la mentalidad psicológica, el amor por la danza y un sentido sincero de la humanidad para facilitar descubrimientos que son reveladores, expresivos y creativos. Imparte talleres a nivel internacional sobre Continuum y Conciencia Exploratoria.
