Continuum invites us to delve into the fluid relationship of the body, encouraging us to listen from within and allowing motion to arise organically rather than being imposed. As we connect with this biological intelligence, we recognize that we are not separate parts to be managed, but rather an unfolding field of breath, body, and awareness, intricately linked to the movement of life itself.
Using sounds, breath, and micro-movements, we create a mix of interpenetrating cues and signals to invoke our sensuous fluid natures, expanding our capacity for connection within ourselves and the greater context. This revitalization of our fluid systems initiates wave-like motions that soften habits and release tension in the body. This is the heart of intelligence, accessing the body’s capacity to go beyond what the rational mind can achieve. An "opening" occurs resulting in a renewed flow of energy that can allow the body to rediscover and experience healthy functioning. As restrictive patterns dissolve, we emerge more alive, ready to engage with life through renewed interest, curiosity, and creativity.
