Fluid Embryo Presence: A Continuum Exploration

We are fluid beings, coalescing into the bodies we know and value through a mysterious embryonic journey. You have probably heard that your body is composed mostly of water but the embryo demonstrates an even higher percentage of water.

Our first movement is the motion of water. We learn to densify and contain our inherent fluidity to function in the outer world.

In that all life is rhythmic, we are meant to also have periods of dissolution, rest, and renewal. Continuum offers just this.

This 3-hour class involves playing with the breaths, sounding and mindful movement of Continuum to slow down, deepen in awareness and presence in our bodies, as we return to fluid bio-intelligence.
