Embryo Cosmogenesis Re-visited: A Continuum Exploration

Last month’s exploration of Embryo Cosmogenesis with Continuum proved so fascinating that it begs to be revisited. Inspired by the book Cosmogenesis by Brian Swimme, we will enquire into how we are Cosmos and are creating the Cosmos in every moment, as we did as little embryos forming.

In this class, we will specifically orient to what Emilie Conrad called “the Cosmic Anatomy.” This is a profound, potentially deeply healing state afforded when our tissues dissolve in a slow, safe, fluidic context, as in a Continuum class.
This seems to be the state the embryo enters into life with, carrying powerful potential we can reclaim through the mindful, somatic practice of Continuum.
