Continuum Inspirations - A Somatic Practice Group

This ongoing group, which is open to anyone interested, is dedicated to the basic principles of embodiment in a somatic series and invites participants to explore their own body, mind, and soul with Continuum inspirations through breathing, sounds and movement.

The somatic series “Continuum Inspirations” is offered one Wednesday per month from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in my practice room at Fronwagplatz 14. It is possible to participate online.
